In conjunction with our collaborators at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (UNTHSC), Vivonics has developed a novel type of diabetic footwear that monitors temperature and provides cooling therapy when needed in order to prevent diabetic ulcers. UNTHSC is now looking for an industry partner to develop and/or license this patented technology for commercialization.
